Remote or hybrid workers, anyone with a home office, or small teams of up to 5 people will love the new C-Series from Xerox. The lineup has two printers, the C230 and the C235, the latter of which is an MFP. We’ll discuss the differences between the two devices in just a moment, but for now, let’s talk more about their intended audience.
Both printers have a small form factor, but all the quality and functionality of one of the traditional office printers such as the AltaLink or VersaLink series. Fast 24 page-per-minute output, crisp and vibrant color, automatic two-sided printing, and many advanced optional workflow choices, such as access to Xerox Workflow Central, are all part of the package.
If you have limited space but still need high quality prints, either of these printers would do a fine job—it just depends on what else you need to accomplish. Let’s take a look at the difference between the C230 and the C235.

The Xerox C230 is a color printer. It does its job remarkably well in a small, sleek, efficient package. It’s a fantastic, affordably priced option for anyone who simply needs to print high quality documents without needing to copy or scan. It has just the right amount of additional features (the “bells and whistles”) to make it an awesome choice for just $299.
The C235 is a fully-featured multifunction printer, which means that in addition to providing great prints, it can also copy, scan, and fax right out of the box. The printer has multiple media handling options and access to the Xerox eConcierge program and the Xerox Workflow Central program.
Both printers are cloud and WiFi ready, and mobile printing is also baked in through AirPrint, Mopria, WiFi Direct, and others.
