Version histories in Content Hub are automatically generated “snapshots” of the previous editions of templates—which is very handy to have available if, for example, you modified a template and made a mistake, or if you wanted to continue where you left off from a template you used in the past.

Dynamic document templates are templates which have elements within them that can be controlled from a central source. It’s a little hard to wrap your mind around at first, but it’s actually quite simple—brilliantly so.
Let’s take the example of your business address again. With a dynamic document template, you can store that information (your address) in its own file. Anytime you insert that element into a dynamic template, your address will be displayed—but if you modify the original file that contains your address information, the modifications will be populated throughout all templates using that element.
