The Xerox Team Availability app is, at its core, an employee attendance app that helps leaders keep track of what their staff is doing.

Here’s how it works: each day, team members are expected to log into a simple portal. They can use any internet-capable device to do so. Once on the page, they fill out a series of forms which asks questions like where they’re working from on that day, when they expect to come to the office (or, for organizations with multiple locations, which location they’ll be attending), what tasks they’re working on for the day, and so on.

The Xerox Team Availability app, as you can see, will make it very easy to get a full report of what your team is doing each day. Of course, you can even print out the daily team tracking report, or export it to a digital file which can then be stored, emailed, etc.

What really makes this app so powerful is that it can be completely customized to your specific needs, although it does come preloaded with a useful set of fields.
